Joanne is experienced in integrated quality system management delivery across a broad range of health and community services accreditations and certifications with demonstrated ability to lead interdisciplinary teams, stakeholder engagement, change management and program design and implementation.

She is committed to continuing quality management professional development including recent updates for Lead Auditor ISO 19011:2018. Current competencies for Lead Auditor and Team Leader for QMS (ISO 9001), NMHS, since 2001; Lead Auditor and Team Leader for HSQF, DFV and Homelessness since 2014 and NDIS since 2018.

Joanne has a high understanding of community, health and disability governance, Australian federal, state and territory regulatory requirements and consequent auditing frameworks.

Joanne recently attended CAB training for Human Services Quality framework (Qld Govt), Domestic and Family Violence Standards and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s approved quality auditor training to support CAB certification of providers to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Approved Quality Auditors Scheme).

As a member of the Change Management Institute (CMI) and a member of the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG), Joanne regularly demonstrates her commitment to professional leadership development, principled performance and commitment to governance, risk and compliance excellence including the International Charter of Auditor Ethics.
