Complaints can be made verbally or in writing; however, all formal complaints must be submitted in writing (electronically or in hard copy) to ensure they are accurately investigated. Your complaint will be acknowledged within five (5) business days of receipt of your complaint. Please see document P07 - Complaints and Appeals Process for more information.
